The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow has decided to remand two girls into custody in a case of driving an acquaintance to suicide.

This is stated in Telegram courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.
“The investigators’ requests to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention for Anastasia Andreyevna Kizilova and Albina Atobekovna Voronina have been granted,” the statement reads.
It is specified that the defendants in the case, initiated under paragraph “g” of Part 2 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Russia (incitement to suicide), were sent to custody until November 13.
Last fall, the Ordzhonikidzevsky District Court of Yekaterinburg sentenced three young people in a case of driving a 19-year-old student to suicide.
