A new production complex will be built in the south-west of Moscow as part of the implementation of large-scale investment projects (MaIP), said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for urban planning policy and construction.

“As part of the MaIP, five new enterprises will appear in the South-Western Administrative District of Moscow. For one of them – for the production of food equipment – the city plans to provide the investor with a land plot of 0.77 hectares,” Efimov said.
According to him, the total area of the facility will be 10.4 thousand square meters. m. Investments in the implementation of the project will amount to 0.9 billion rubles.
The MaIP has been implemented since 2016, and this support measure allows for the creation of modern production infrastructure and new jobs in the city.
The enterprise, which will be built in South Butovo, will be able to employ 240 highly qualified specialists.
In turn, the head of the Moskomarkhitektura Yuliana Knyazhevskaya clarified that the committee has made appropriate changes to the land use and development rules for the construction of the new complex.
“Currently, in South Butovo, one plot of land with an area of two hectares has already been provided for the construction of another production – a complex for deep processing of meat, which will produce semi-finished products, as well as various types of food for pets,” added the head of the Department of City Property Maxim Gaman.
He said that the investor rents the land at a preferential rate of one ruble per plot per year.
Previously, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin statedthat for the construction of new industries the capital provided investors and developers with 50 plots for one ruble per year.
