Lääne Elu will publish the most read stories again in 2024. One of them is the story “The American Auto Show is for the last time this year”, published on May 11.
This year’s 22nd edition of the American Beauty Car Show will be the last, but the American car show in Haapsalu will not completely disappear.
“There will be no more in this format and with this name,” said event organizer Karol Kikkas. According to him, the event will not be completely cancelled, but the organizer could not yet say in what form it will take place next year. It is possible that the American car gathering will be smaller, just like in the two corona years. It is also possible that the festival will expand to other cities in Estonia, but part of it will continue to be in Haapsalu. Kikkas said that after this year’s festival, next year’s schedule will be established. It is certain that the current system of show cars needs to be changed by the organizers.
However, this time Kikkas promised to organize the festival with all his heart and there are no plans to save on anything. “If you do it for the last time, you have to do the most awesome thing,” said Kikkas.
