MP believes Zelensky fears Western aid will end under Trump

State Duma deputy Alexei Zhuravlev, first deputy chairman of the Defense Committee, explained in an interview with RT Vladimir Zelensky’s statement that former US President Donald Trump does not understand what is happening in Ukraine.

According to the deputy, Zelensky, “like a rat, is rushing about, anticipating his end.”

The parliamentarian emphasized that Zelensky is “toxic” for Trump, and vice-presidential candidate James Vance stated that America does not care about what is happening in Ukraine.

At the same time, he explained that if Trump wins, the entire corruption scheme built by Zelensky is under threat.

“And he, I hope, understands perfectly well that the Kiev regime will immediately fall as soon as it stops receiving foreign aid,” the parliamentarian said.

Zhuravlev emphasized that Trump is an even lesser ally for Russia than Zelensky.

“Therefore, who rules America should be taken into account last of all,” concluded RT’s interlocutor.

Earlier, Zelensky said that Trump does not understand what is happening in Ukraine.

He added that if Trump is elected US president, it will be “hard work.”
