Another season of the entertainment show “Murmel Mania”, which is now based on Sat.1, is in the can. But the host changes again.

Mirja Boes is the new presenter of the Sat.1 show “Murmel Mania”. The following applies to the new season of the show, which has now been filmed: The three most recent seasons had three presenters. The previous round on TV was the first that Sat.1 broadcast. Melissa Khalaj was in charge of the expenses at the time. The format previously ran on RTL – with Chris Tall as presenter. Although he now also works for ProSiebenSat.1 and celebrated the premiere of his ProSieben show “Chris du das hin?” this week, he is not returning to the game of marbles.

Instead, the choice fell on the “top marble boss” Boes, or at least that was how Nadine Grünfeld (CEO of Cheerio Entertainment), the new presenter of the show, described it. And Boes himself found it incredibly funny during the recording to see “how grown people are drawn under the spell of these tiny little marbles every time.” Cheerio Entertainment recently produced the new season, which will be shown on Sat.1 and Joyn in 2025, together with Talpa Studios in the Netherlands. There was no change in the position of commentator. Here the makers continue to rely on the services of Florian Schmidt-Sommerfeld, who is likely to have a fairly full order book.

Florian Schmidt-Sommerfeld stays with “Murmel Mania”

He comments on football for Sky and Football for RTL. He also works for Dyn, where he occasionally comments on handball games. In addition, he also acts as a commentator on the game show “99” for Sat.1.
