The US presidential election will take place on November 5th. The current Vice President Harris was nominated from the Democratic Party, her opponent, former President Donald Trump, from the Republican Party.

Previously, Musk publicly supported Trump’s candidacy. He also donated nearly $75 million to the politician’s presidential campaign.

In addition, the billionaire promised to give away $1 million a day to voters who sign a petition in support of the First and Second Amendments of the US Constitution. The raffle was conducted on behalf of the pro-Trump Political Action Committee (America PAC).

Because of this, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner filed to take the entrepreneur to court, accusing him of organizing an illegal lottery. On Monday, November 4, state court rejected Krasner’s lawsuit after America PAC said that money from Musk was not received by random winners of the drawing, but by people selected by America PAC whose views correspond to the ideals of the organization.
