Analytical agency Markswebb conducted a study of applications from 5 ecosystems: MTS, Sber, T-Bank, Yandex and VK. It took into account more than 400 different evaluation criteria, such as the quality of services, the potential for their improvement and compliance with customer preferences.
First place took SberBank Online with an overall score of 68.5%. One of the advantages highlighted is the presence of a chatbot, which helps to find out the reasons why bonuses for purchases were not credited. However, in the application you cannot see exactly how many bonuses were credited for a specific purchase.
Second place My MTS took 68.1%. The application was noted for its convenient navigation, centralized information about ecosystem services, detailed analysis of expenses, forecast of future expenses, as well as transparent cashback control.
