Originally from Tours, but based in Grenoble (Isère), this 54-year-old engineer, demanding and warm, has often acted as a pioneer in her field. In the 2000s, she participated in the marketing of the first RF (radio frequency) components for the biggest mobile phone brands. More recently, she developed connectivity offers within the microcontroller division, for example to allow farmers to assess their water needs. Projects that generally involve more than a hundred people and R&D budgets exceeding 40 million euros.
A meticulous engineer
“She is systematically proposed to lead the most delicate projects,” assures Alain Delannoy, one of its former managers. Her asset? Having solid technical skills, acquired during her training as a microelectronics engineer at Phelma (Grenoble INP) and during her first years as a test and product engineer. A vocation that comes to her from her father, a former CEA employee. “For my 18th birthday, he gave me a kit, not of makeup, but of a soldering iron. ! I started playing with electronic components at a very young age,” she laughs. Her other passion: sports, especially road cycling. Last year, she won a 75 km race with 1,100 meters of elevation gain. Challenges, always.
