The solution lies in feeding as many enzymes as possible from fresh fruits and vegetables, because they are so effective that they are absorbed before they even enter the lower digestive tract. This means that the liver and pancreas, organs that are especially tired after the holidays, don’t have to secrete digestive enzymes any more, or they don’t have to work hard to get all the nutrients the body needs from food. The liver rests, but we lose weight faster!
Why are juices the most slimming?
They found that natural juices are the richest source of enzymes, with the freshness of the juice playing a decisive role. After 20 minutes of natural pressing of fruits and vegetables, most of the benefits of the enzyme properties fade, so we do not recommend canned juices. Daily menu for seven days
For breakfast, mix a scoop of protein powder according to your taste (you can choose different flavors, from vanilla to strawberry), a cup of fresh strawberries, a small banana, a cup of water and a quarter cup of ice in an electric mixer. For a snack, squeeze five or six large carrots in a juicer. If we don’t have a juicer or if we’re in a hurry, we bite into some small carrots or an apple.
For lunch, mix a cup of diced pineapple, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, half a cup of soy milk, and a quarter cup of freshly squeezed orange juice in an electric blender. For an afternoon snack, have a cup of soup with less salt, for example tomato or carrot soup. Only when there is no time, we can also reach for the store, i.e. canned soups.
After the first week, we have three main meals and two snacks.
For dinner, combine a cup of sliced cantaloupe, three-quarters of a cup of blueberries, two tablespoons of fresh ginger, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, a cup of water, and half a cup of ice in an electric blender. Before going to bed, you can have another cup of less salty vegetable soup of your choice.
For even faster weight loss and against inflammatory processes in the body, drink a mixture of apple juice and real aloe juice twice a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and half an hour before dinner. We squeeze four organically produced apples and add a spoonful of real aloe juice, which is available in pharmacies, to the juice. Shake well and drink immediately.
