Five seasons of Outer Banks is enough.
The final episodes of the fourth season of Outer Banks will be released on Netflix on Thursday, November 7. After them, there will be one more season, and then the series will end, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The news has been confirmed by the creators of Outer Banks, according to which the series was originally planned for five seasons.
Created by Josh Pate, Jonas Pate and Shannon Burke, Outer Banks is an action-adventure that combines mystery and teen drama. It stars Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss and Rudy Pankow.
The series, which started in 2020, is described on Netflix as follows:
“On an island inhabited by both the wealthy and the poor, teenager John B. enlists his three best friends to search for a treasure connected to his father’s disappearance.”
It is not yet known when the final season of Outer Banks will be released on Netflix.
