Netfullin remembered how Swedish fans prevented CSKA players from sleeping at night

Torpedo Moscow midfielder Ravil Netfullin told how Swedish fans prevented CSKA players from sleeping before the match with AIK in the Europa League.

“Even on the bench you could feel the level. I remember that stadium in Stockholm, the stands were full. For me, everything was still developing so rapidly. It seems like I was recently in the reserve team, and now I’m in the main team, European Cups. Swedish fans prevented CSKA players from sleeping at night. As a result, we lost to AIK and were eliminated from the Europa League,” Netfullin quotes “RB Sport”.

The 31-year-old Russian is the champion of Russia and the winner of the national Cup as part of the red-blue team.

This season the midfielder plays for Torpedo. He played 13 matches for the team in the First League, scored three goals and provided four assists. His contract with the club runs until June 30, 2025.

Earlier, CSKA General Director Roman Babaev assessed the likelihood of the army club winning in a lawsuit with ex-head coach Vladimir Fedotov.
