Netmarble and Altnine sign a global publishing contract for new MMORPG ‘Project SOL’ < Game < Text of article

Netmarble (CEO Youngsik Kwon, Byunggyu Kim) announced on the 6th that it signed a global publishing contract with game developer Altnine (CEO Hyosoo Kim) for the new game ‘Project SOL’.

‘Project SOL’ is an MMORPG produced with the keyword ‘God’ set in medieval fantasy. This project is being developed with Unreal Engine 5-based graphics and a seamless open world, and is being prepared as a multi-platform that can be played simultaneously on PC and mobile, with the goal of global launch in 2025.

Through this contract, Netmarble has acquired the domestic and international service rights for ‘Project SOL’ and will spare no effort in providing various support such as operation, marketing, and community management for a successful global launch.

Netmarble CEO Kwon Young-sik said, “We are pleased to introduce ‘Project SOL’ to the global market through collaboration with Altnine. Meanwhile, Altnine, founded in 2021, is a game development company comprised of members with abundant experience in various fields such as servers, clients, engines, art, planning, and business strategy, led by CEO Kim Hyo-soo.
