What kind of bar is this?
I have gradually visited quite a few so-called rooftop bars (horror!) in both the capital and abroad, and all too often the basic attitude in such places seems to be: We have a good view, so we can charge higher prices for secondary goods and otherwise completely forget the customer service. Come on, smack, here’s the bill…
Fortunately, the experience was far from that at Victory, which with its address on the 8th floor in Copenhagen’s new upper-class mecca, Papirøen – above the money-rich 25hours Hotels – otherwise belongs in this often truly terrible category.
