Companies that have a parking lot with more than 20 spaces must offer at least one space for charging. The decision applies to shopping centers, sports halls and similar facilities. The strength of this decision is that it is retroactive, he states HAK magazine.
There is already a requirement that new buildings with more than ten parking spaces must have at least one charging space. From 2027, the requirements will be further tightened.
