OnePlus 13 is the new flagship phone from the workshops of the popular Chinese manufacturer and it definitely has something to impress. In terms of design, this is a very successful piece, dominated by the asymmetrically placed circular camera on the back and the Hasselblad company logo located next to it. The construction combines an aluminum frame and the back can be glass or covered with artificial leather.
The increased resistance according to the IP68/IP69 standard, which means that the phone can withstand even pressurized water, is definitely worth the trouble. The display, which combines AMOLED technology, 2K resolution, LTPO technology (frequency 1 – 120 Hz) and a maximum brightness of up to 4500 nits, contains an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. The panel has a diagonal of 6.82 inches.

Performance and equipment without compromise
At the heart of this news is the Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship processor, which will please even the most demanding gamers, and the OnePlus 13 ranks among the most powerful phones today. The memory equipment does not disappoint either, which can include a combination of 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB for data storage in the highest configuration. Hasselblad once again helped tune the camera and we can certainly look forward to interesting results.
On the back of the OnePlus 13, there is a triple assembly with a resolution of 50 + 50 + 50 Mpx and it is a set of the main, ultra-wide-angle and periscopic telephoto lenses. It, like the main camera, is optically stabilized, offers 3x optical zoom and all three lenses are complemented by the PDAF system. The selfie camera offers a resolution of 32 Mpx.

The wired one has a power of 100 W, and the wireless one has a full 50 W, which is definitely usable. The equipment includes reverse wired (5 W) and wireless (10 W) charging.

A co OnePlus 13R?
The OnePlus 13 flagship model has been joined by a lightweight version of the 13R, which runs on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which is last year’s flagship chipset from Qualcomm. So the performance will still be more than enough and the rest of the equipment is very good. The phone again has an LTPO AMOLED display, only with a slightly lower resolution (2780 × 1264 pixels) and a slight concession is the lower resistance according to the IP65 standard.
The camera is again triple, with a resolution of 50 + 50 + 8 Mpx, and the main lens is complemented by a telephoto lens and an ultra-wide-angle camera. There is no optical stabilization and the selfie camera has a resolution of 16 Mpx. The installed battery has a capacity of 6000 mAh, wireless charging is missing this time and the wired one has a solid 80 W charging. Both new products run Android 15 with OxygenOS 15 superstructure out of the box.
