Tomáš Tatar (in a fight with Frank Vatrano) played almost fifteen minutes against the Anaheim Ducks.

The only Slovakian Tomáš Tatar also took part in the meeting, as the defender Šimon Nemec did not fit into the Devils lineup again and watched the match again only as a healthy substitute. The Montreal Canadiens without the injured Juraj Slafkovski beat the Philadelphia Flyers 4:3.

New Jersey also managed to end a four-game losing streak against Anaheim with Tatar. However, the Slovak attacker did not enter the Canadian scoring.

He played almost fifteen minutes, did not shoot at the goal even once and recorded a negative point. It was already the third game in a row, from which Tatar came out empty-handed.

Home striker Stefan Noesen, the author of two goals, shone in the meeting. The trio of Dawson Mercer, Dougie Hamilton and Jonas Siegenthaler also scored a two-point night.

NHL results:
Detroit – Edmonton 2:3 pp, New Jersey – Anaheim 6:2, Philadelphia – Montreal 3:4, Colorado – Ottawa 5:4
