Soueast S09 is a direct competitor to the Jetour X90 Plus, from which the model, in fact, grew. Therefore, models distance themselves by design and filling. For example, the S09, unlike the X90 Plus, has three rows of seats in all trim levels.
The S09 in the basic Comfort version is equipped with the same power unit as the X90 Plus: a 1.6 TGDI engine (190 hp, 275 Nm), paired with a seven-speed “robot” with two clutches. Drive – front.

The package includes: interior with leatherette upholstery, air conditioning (!), six airbags, electric and heated front seats, ventilated driver’s seat, heated steering wheel and windshield, engine start button, keyless entry, all-round camera system, electric fifth wheel doors, cruise control, 20-inch wheels.
Climate control appears in the second Comfort Plus trim level, from which the curtain airbags have been removed, meaning there are only four airbags left. But the interior is trimmed with leather and there is an expanded set of driver assistants. The 2.0 liter engine produces 197 hp. and 375 Nm, works in tandem with a “robot”, front-wheel drive. Jetour X90 Plus has different power settings – 245 hp.
In the top Premium version, the two-liter turbo engine is coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission and has an all-wheel drive system. The Jetour X90 Plus does not have such a set of units, but it may appear in December.
The option is expanded with curtain airbags, additional air conditioning in the rear, a panoramic roof, a ventilated passenger seat, adaptive cruise control and a corresponding set of assistants.
Official prices have not yet been announced, but RG previously suggested how much the Soueast S09 might cost.
