MOL Esztergom defeated Vác by two goals in a big battle, thereby maintaining its flawless record in women’s handball NB I.

Gábor Elek’s team built up a decent advantage at the beginning of the match, leading by four goals at the break, but Vác started to hold on at the beginning of the second half. The guests also came within a goal, but they never managed to equalize, Esztergom ended up winning the rally with two goals.
NB I newcomer MOL Esztergom has won five times out of five games so far, and since Ferencváros drew with Debrecen, there are only two flawless teams left in the first division: Győr AUDI ETO and Esztergom. We recently spoke with Gábor Elek here:
