Donation of 4,000kg of ‘Rice of Love’
On the 8th, at the auditorium of Haeundae Community Welfare Center, NH Nonghyup Bank’s Busan headquarters and 10 welfare centers in Haeundae-gu held an agreement ceremony to successfully establish the ‘Eat Breakfast Movement’ to improve the health of city residents and increase understanding of the value of agriculture and rural areas.

This agreement ceremony was held to promote the spread of a healthy rice consumption culture and the importance of forming correct eating habits.
At the agreement ceremony on this day, National Assembly member Kim Mi-ae, Haeundae District Chairman Jang Seong-cheol, district council members, and welfare center directors attended and shared a meaningful moment of cooperation.
In addition to this agreement, NH Nonghyup Bank’s Busan headquarters added to the meaning of sharing by donating 4,000 kg of ‘Rice of Love’ to be delivered to residents in need through local welfare centers.
Ha Seong-guk, head of NH Nonghyup Bank’s Busan headquarters, said, “Through this agreement to help rural areas and cities communicate with each other and establish healthy eating habits, we want to inform city residents about the proper culture of rice consumption and the importance of breakfast.”
National Assembly member Kim Mi-ae said, “I am grateful for the meaningful cooperation to revitalize the local community and rural economy, and I hope that this movement will continue to spread in the future.”
Through this agreement and donation, NH Nonghyup Bank’s Busan headquarters and Haeundae-gu Welfare Center plan to continue mutual cooperation by promoting community health and promoting the value of agricultural and rural areas.
