Nintendo is moving beyond its gaming consoles to introduce a playful new piece of hardware – an interactive alarm clock called Alarmo. Designed to make waking up more fun, Alarmo responds to motion and allows users to snooze or stop the alarm with simple gestures or physically getting out of bed.
The device, which will go on sale for $99.99 in early 2025, offers Switch Online subscribers the option to purchase it early through the My Nintendo Store, as the company officially she announced on their website.
Alarmo alarm clock full of sounds from popular games
As with most things Nintendo, the alarm clock promises a touch of whimsy and features soundscapes from popular games such as Breath of the Wild, Super Mario Odyssey and Splatoon 3. One of the key selling points of the Alarmo clock is its motion control feature, which uses a 24GHz mmWave sensor and Wi-Fi connection.
