“I have the discipline of athletes. The figure skating I practiced as a girl left its aftermath, because I had herniated discs and I also had surgery. But it gave me mental discipline and the will to stay fit”says the presenter of Dancing with the Stars.
“I do half an hour of gymnastics every morning, I pedal on the static bicycle. Then I prefer the stairs to the elevator and walk whenever I can, so I can do the 10,000 steps that need to be done in a day more easily”Milly confides.
When asked if she has done any cosmetic retouching, Carlucci reveals: “Years ago I started a series of dermatological treatments that help keep the skin and muscles of the face toned. Even in this case discipline and consistency are needed. And you have to be a person who doesn’t sunbathe, don’t drink, doesn’t smoke…”.
On her diet the presenter specifies: “For many years I have relied on a nutritionist, Sara Farnetti. Nutrition is not just a question of thinness, but also of health. I became intolerant to lactose and gluten and so on I need to eat a certain wayfor example buckwheat pasta. Anyway, There’s a bit of everything on my table. Except sweets, which cause inflammation. However, I make up for it with chocolate, the bitter one.”
