Restaurant chain Noho Partners has bought Old Port restaurant business from PRO Ravintolat Oy.
The business will be transferred to Noho Partners from the beginning of March. Wanha Satama is a 130-year-old event center in Helsinki. Noho does not say the purchase price.

Wanha Satama is one of Helsinki’s oldest and highest-quality event halls, and it supports Noho Partners’ already strong portfolio of event halls, bringing more capacity and versatility to it. Wanha Port is an excellent addition to Noho Partners’ large urban projects, which include the Nokia Arena in Tampere, the Helsinki Fair Center and the Culture Barracks in the heart of Helsinki,” CEO of Noho Jarno Suominen commented in the announcement.
