Nordomatic, a globally leading BMS supplier, buys Omicron Automasjon AS and its subsidiary Omicron Service AS.
The company is located in Trondheim, Norway. With its 11 employees, Omicron has focused on projects and service, and the acquisition is an important milestone in Nordomatic’s growth strategy.
Omicron was founded in 2007 and has a well-established customer base in the Trondheim area with a very good reputation in the market. They have a high level of expertise in BMS, and Nordomatic sees great potential.
