Northcom Danmark A/S, one of Denmark’s leading suppliers within critical communication and technology solutions, has completed a strategic acquisition of ComSystem A/S, a specialized supplier of critical industrial communication solutions located in Kvistgård in North Zealand.
The acquisition strengthens Northcom Denmark’s market position and expands the company’s product portfolio and competencies within critical communication technologies for both public and private companies.
With this acquisition, Northcom integrates ComSystems’ expertise and experience in solutions for, among other things, emergency response and industry, which provides a stronger overall unit with greater capacity to deliver innovative and reliable communication solutions to customers throughout Denmark. With ComSystem, Northcom Danmark gets access to a wider customer base and an even stronger team of highly qualified specialists within communication infrastructure.
