Jorge Graça, a member with executive functions on the board of directors of Nos, sold more than 110 thousand shares of the operator last Friday, the company indicated this Monday in a statement sent to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
The sale of a total of 110,306 operator shares earned the administrator 393,724.47 euros, according to Negócios accounts.
After the operation, Jorge Graça – who performs the functions of Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO) at the company – now holds 100 thousand shares of Nos.
Taking into account the closing price this Monday, this share is worth 365 thousand euros.
