Official: Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron

The Sportback version of the Q6 e-tron was presented by Audi with the electric car based on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) platform, the same one used by the new – electric – Porsche Macan. It has a length of 4,771 meters, a width of 1,965 meters, a height of 1,665 meters and a wheelbase of 2,899 meters.

The model features 800-volt technology and will be available with two battery sizes, both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. With the 83 kWh battery, the rear-wheel drive version produces 306 horses and has a range of 545 km.

Next is the four-wheel drive version that produces 387 horses and has a range of 636 km per charge with the 83 kWh battery, while with the 100 kWh battery it has a range of 656 km per charge. The SQ6 Sportback e-tron produces 486 horses and thanks to the 100 kWh battery it has a range of 607 km.

The 100 kWh battery gets a range of up to 265 km with ten minutes of charging on a 270 kW fast charger, while it charges from 10 to 80% in 22 minutes. The 83 kWh battery can support a fast charger of up to 225 kWh.

Inside the car we find a 14.5″ central touch screen and a 11.9″ digital instrument panel, with both screens being OLED technology and placed in a curved frame.

In addition, there is a 10.9″ screen in front of the passenger seat, with Audi placing in its new electric SUV an augmented reality head-up display.

The infotainment system is based on Android Automotive, supports voice commands and brings smart functions, such as a self-learning voice assistant, whose avatar is projected on the dashboard and activated with the phrase “Hey Audi”.

There’s plenty of storage, with the boot ranging from 511 to 1,373 litres, and there’s also a 64-litre boot under the front bonnet.
