DAPURPACUID – As part of the Astra Group brand, OLXmobbi is back to enliven the GIIAS 2024 event which will take place at ICE BSD City, as the Official Trade-in Partner.
This participation is a follow-up step from the OLX brand which was previously the Official Trade-in Partner at last year’s GIIAS.
For information, OLXmobbi is a brand unification resulting from the merger of three used car buying and selling service businesses owned by the Astra Digital Mobil Group, namely mobil88, mobbi and also OLX Autos.
President Director of OLXmobbi, Naga Sujady admitted, as a new brand from the Astra Group, OLXmobbi is the first time to become an Official Trade-in Partner at GIIAS 2024.
For online and offline services for buying and selling used cars based on technology, OLXmobbi is committed to providing a one-stop solution in the ecosystem in Indonesia.
“At the same time, it is hoped that it can encourage the domestic automotive industry in the long term,” said Naga, in a written statement, Friday (19/7).
“Participation in GIIAS 2024 is a manifestation of our commitment to provide convenience to consumers who want to trade-in their cars safely, comfortably, easily and quickly,” he said.
Naga believes that by re-involving the company in the automotive exhibition, it is hoped that it can provide a stimulus to accelerate the growth of the automotive industry in Indonesia.
Moreover, currently the automotive industry is facing various challenges, especially in early 2024. Even so, the used car market is claimed to still tend to be stable.
Reporting from Gaikindo data, it shows that national car sales decreased by 19.4% annually throughout the first half of 2024 compared to the same period last year.
OLXmobbi Director, Agung Iskandar said that his party is committed to providing comprehensive services to consumers who have car trade-in needs during the 2024 GIIAS event.
Later, the consumer’s car will be inspected by a team of trusted and certified experts, so there is no need to worry because the price offered will be competitive and according to the condition of the car.
Throughout the exhibition, Agung continued, customers who trade-in at OLXmobbi have the opportunity to get cashback in the form of a digital balance of up to IDR 6.7 million.
“OLXmobbi has established a trade-in program collaboration with all car brands participating in the GIIAS event this time, which of course makes it easier for customers to get their dream car,” he added.
