Olympia 2024: German football and handball on free TV today

The Olympic competitions in women’s football and handball are already taking place today, including live broadcasts of the German games on free TV.

Under the umbrella of Warner Bros. Discovery, Eurosport will be covering the 2024 Olympics in detail, as DIGITAL FERNSEHEN has already reported. Yesterday (Wednesday, July 24th), Eurosport broadcast the first football matches of the 2024 Olympics live on free TV. Before the official opening ceremony takes place in Paris tomorrow (Friday, July 26th) from 8 p.m., there are more football matches and handball events today, including the opening matches of the German women’s teams. Like yesterday, Eurosport will be there live today.

Eurosport and discovery+ broadcast the Olympic team competitions from Paris. This Thursday, the first group matches of the German Olympic teams in handball and women’s football are scheduled. Eurosport expert Navina Omilade is looking forward to the Olympics: “The great thing about the Olympics is that it’s not just about football. There are so many sports and competitions. I particularly like watching athletics, which is the most classic Olympic sport. But in general, I like to watch everything because the Olympics are simply a great platform for so many sports.”
