THE OnePlus announced an entire ecosystem of devices with the Nord 4 and OnePlus Pad 2 gaining most of the attention.
These, however, were not the only devices announced at the scene, as we also got the OnePlus Watch 2R and the Buds 3 Pro.
The OnePlus Watch 2R is a slightly modified version of the Watch 2 that was launched in March. It’s also known in China as the OnePlus Watch 2 (eSIM), but unfortunately this international version omits eSIM support.
Visually, the Watch 2R brings an updated watch bezel, two round side buttons, and an updated watch band. It’s also 25% lighter than the Watch 2, weighing in at 37 grams thanks to its aluminum casing.
The Watch 2R still features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chip paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, and dual-boots Android Wear OS 4 and RTOS for lighter tasks and improved battery life.
You also get dual-band GPS, tracking for 100 activities, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and stress monitoring. The Watch 2R also has a 500mAh battery with 100 hours of active use.
The OnePlus Watch 2R comes in Forest Green and Gunmetal Grey. Pricing is set at $230/€280/£250/INR 17,999. Open sales in the US, Europe, and the UK begin today, while buyers in India will have to wait until July 20.
OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro features dynamic 12.4mm drivers, Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity with SBC and AAC codec support, and manual EQ. They also have active noise cancellation (ANC) with a claimed noise reduction of 49dB.
The case is IP55 dust and water resistant and has a 440 mAh battery and a total listening time of 44 hours.
The OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro is available in Starry Black and Soft Jade colors. The price is set at $80/€80/£80/INR 3,299. It is already on sale in the US, Europe and the UK and is coming to India on July 20.
