Along with the latest mid-range smartphone model OnePlus Nord 4, the manufacturer introduced other products to its portfolio. Among them smart watches OnePlus Watch 2R. A sibling of the OnePlus Watch 2 introduced in February. This time too, the novelty offers two operating systems, Wear OS by Google and simpler RTOSwhich is mainly used in the battery saving mode.

Watch 2R differs from its predecessor with a lower weight of 59 grams (with a strap), thanks to the use of an aluminum body. It is 21 grams less than the Watch 2. It will certainly please you lower price, than the older sibling came with. The rest of the parameters are the same as through the copier.
Hardware equipment even for more demanding users
Round dial with 1.43-inch AMOLED display it received a resolution of 466 x 466 points and offers a maximum brightness of up to 1,000 nits. You will appreciate this in sunny weather. The chipset works inside Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 along with 2GB of RAM and 32 GB internal memoryin which you can save installed applications, music or photos.
Watches support 100 sports modes, measure health functions, sleep, physical activity, serve as a notification center when delivering notifications from a paired smartphone, and thanks to the integrated microphone and speaker, you can also use them for Bluetooth calls. Built-in eSIM is not found here.
It takes care of the endurance for one charge 500 mAh battery. On its website, the manufacturer states a battery life of 48 hours under heavy load, with normal use the battery life is about 100 hours, and after turning on the saving mode you will get up to 12 days. Even in this mode, you can make phone calls, send messages, monitor exercise and monitor sleep. It turns off Wi-Fi and disables AOD display mode, which probably won’t bother most users.

OnePlus Watch 2R are sold through official e-shop in green and black. The starting price is set at 249 eurlater increases to 279 eur. Delivery to Slovakia is free.
The competition for the new OnePlus smart watch can be last year’s Samsung Galaxy Watch6, the price of which has dropped significantly, or the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro, which also offers the Google operating system and a similar price and functions.
