365.bank is launching an even more convenient way to pay online. In the new version of its application, which it deployed over the weekend, it introduces the Click to Pay service. This technology will enable clients to pay online faster, easier and more securely – without the need to repeatedly enter payment card details or passwords. According to data from the card company Mastercard, more than half of people (55%) do not complete an online purchase if they encounter an obstacle, which may include the need to rewrite information from the card.
According to data from Mastercard, a large part of consumers face various complications when making online payments – up to 58% of them repeatedly enter payment card data manually, which unnecessarily prolongs the payment process. In addition, 70% of people are concerned about sharing their financial data with online merchants, which can reduce their trust in online shopping.
„Click to Pay offers a modern, worry-free way to pay online. Card details are securely protected, so customers can focus on the convenience of shopping, not on the complicated payment process. Click to Pay solves these problems by enabling card payments in just a few clicks, eliminating the need to manually enter data with each payment and reducing customer frustration,“ explains Tomáš Barbarič, head of products at 365.bank.
It is the frustration resulting from the need to enter card data with every purchase that subsequently leads to the fact that more than half (55%) of e-shop customers end the purchase in the middle of the process. This situation is to be solved by the Click to Pay service, which works on the same principle as digital wallets.
Its advantage is that it provides a payment process that eliminates the need for repeated data entry. Thanks to tokenization technology and the international EMVCo® standard, it offers a safe and convenient solution that reduces the risk of fraud and at the same time increases the success of completing purchases.
Click to Pay is not tied to a specific device or operating system, which means that clients can use it on any mobile phone, tablet or computer. The payment process is extremely simple – just enter the card details once and select the preferred type of payment card stored in the service, which automatically uses tokenization to secure the transaction.
