Only 3% of Russians ignore calls and messages from management outside of working hours

Analysts conducted a study and found out how Russians feel about calls and messages from management outside of working hours. RT has reviewed the survey results.

Thus, 66% of Russians always answer them, 23% of participants do not do this every time, and 3% do not answer at all, as found out by specialists from the SuperJob service.

It is noted that only 8% of respondents say that management never calls or writes outside of working hours.

“Employees working a hybrid schedule are more likely to respond to calls and messages outside of working hours than those who go to work and work remotely,” the experts said.

Among representatives of common professional groups, those who most often stated that they are always in touch were suppliers (83%), economists (74%) and administrators (73%), the study emphasizes.

The most difficult thing for an employer to get through to is designers and programmers outside of working hours, the company concluded.

A total of 3 thousand respondents took part in the survey.

Earlier, analysts from the services “Rabota.ru” and “SberPodbor” conducted a study and found out how often Russians use AI-based tools to find work.
