Portal Headliner i Multimedia Music they announced the jubilee, fifth music festival Mobil Music Fest – a unique opportunity for young pop/rock bands from Serbia and the region to realize their dreams – record an album for a reputable publishing house, receive production and media support, secure participation in festivals and independent performances, and present their music to the world.
The principle is the same as before: In order for a music group or artist to apply for the festival, they need to record a video for their original song, using a mobile phone, in one frame.
This kind of festival concept, which connects audio and visual art and at the same time encourages creativity in its various forms, has not been implemented in these areas until now, and it represents original support and provides an opportunity for young authors to promote their art in a high-quality and professional way.
The competition is open until March 1, 2025, and the best bands will be decided by the audience, fans of the bands and readers of the Headliner.rs portal, together with an expert jury consisting of representatives of the organizers, successful musicians, as well as experts in the field of audio-visual art.
The winning band will get the opportunity to record their first independent author’s album published by Multimedia Music, with media support from the Headliner.rs portal and media friends of the festival, as well as an independent performance in one of the Belgrade rock clubs, and the five bands that will perform in the final will be represented by two songs on the compilation release.
The competition is conducted with the support of the Association of Jazz, Entertainment and Rock Musicians of Serbia, Sokoj, the organization Prava Interpretatora and OFPS.
