OpenAgri finances the project from the Horizon Europe program, and the call is aimed at smaller consortia composed of two entities – users of digital solutions (small and medium-sized agricultural farms, cooperatives, organizations from the food industry) and digital providers (small and medium-sized enterprises, universities, research institutes) ).

The goal of this competition is to encourage the development of energy-efficient and interoperable solutions for agriculture, with the possibility of testing in realistic agro-ecological conditions. The total budget of the competition is 900,000 euros, and each consortium can receive up to 100,000 euros for the development of solutions that would improve the management of crops, animals and the optimization of agricultural processes.
