GPT-4o, first introduced in May 2024, outperforms its predecessors such as GPT-4-Turbo with twice the performance and half the resource requirements. The model achieves improved results in language processing, multilingualism and image analysis. These improvements make GPT-4o particularly suitable for real-time applications such as translation or precise file analysis.
In addition to the improved performance, OpenAI particularly highlights the optimized creative text production. Texts should now be more native and better tailored to the context.
