The University of Lisbon announced its musical program for the 2024-25 season, with concerts open to the public.
In a press release, the University of Lisbon states that this initiative “aims to bring music closer to the University community and society, promoting free access to high-level artistic concerts”. The first is this Wednesday, November 6th, with Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini.
The season runs until March 2025, with a highlight being a concert to celebrate Carlos Paredes’ centenary, on February 16th. Even though entry to these shows is free, capacity will be limited to available seats.
