Oppo brings Find X8 Pro to the Netherlands: this is what you need to know
The rumors have been going around for months and they appear to be true: the Oppo Find X8 Pro is for sale in the Netherlands from today. In recent years, Oppo did not market its high-end smartphones with us. The last Find device to appear here was the Find X5 Pro. Since then we had to make do with Reno phones, the sub-toppers of the Chinese company.
The Oppo Find X8 Pro has a suggested retail price of 1149 euro and is available in black and white. The latter has a subtle marble pattern on the back. The normal (and cheaper) Oppo Find X8 will not appear here for the time being. The X5 Pro will appear in a single memory configuration with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

Android 16 Developer Preview 1 available: here’s what you need to know
It is striking that Google has already launched the Android 16 Developer Preview 1. In recent years, the first version was only released much later. However, it is not a big surprise, because the final variant of Android 16 will also appear earlier than before. Rumors say early June next year.
There’s a good reason for that. Google released the Pixel 9 smartphones months earlier than usual this year. Android 15 was not yet ready at the time, so the phones were running the ‘old’ Android 14 upon release. Google wants to prevent that situation next year.
