The preliminary round of Ninja Warrior Germany is in full swing. Who won the Endless Ladder to Heaven in the 4th show? Who is in the semi-finals? sport.de provides the overview.
In a total of six preliminary round broadcasts, the Ninjas will initially duel to qualify for the semi-finals. Around 40 athletes take part in the course. The best 13 ninjas move on to the next round. The two best participants in each show will also make it to the semi-finals.
In the ninth season of Ninja Warrior Germany, the starters can for the first time choose between a hanging and a balance obstacle and are therefore faced with the so-called “split decision”.
At the end of the course, the athletes ultimately have to decide between the Wall 2.0 and the Mega Wall 2.0. The difference from previous years: The Mega Wall 2.0 is heavily curved and the inrun is shorter than usual. The “Curved Mega Wall” is celebrating a world premiere at Ninja Warrior Germany. Whoever beats them is richer by 5,000 euros and a semi-final ticket.

The showdown at the Endless Ladder to Heaven
Like the previous week, four ninjas reached the buzzer. Artur Schreiber set the best time of the day with 2 minutes and 29.53 seconds. Behind them were Marco Müller (02:29.53), Eric Zekina (03:45.63) and Len Schoemakers (04:03.66).
As is well known, the cards were reshuffled on the Endless Ladder to Heaven. Ultimately, the ace was up to Schoemakers, who was the only one of the four ninjas who was able to keep all 30 rungs below him and buzz.
He explained that he did not expect to get a direct ticket to the final. “I knew it would be very difficult. I knew I would run out of strength at some point, but I know the technique,” said the native Dutchman on the RTL microphone.

Djulabic misses Endless Ladder to Heaven
Ninja veteran Sladjan Djulabic narrowly missed the showdown at the Endless Ladder to Heaven in fifth place. The magic cubes were fatal to “Sladi”. Djulabic then revealed on the RTL microphone that he would not have tried the “Curved Mega Wall”.
The two best women in the fourth preliminary round show were Sophia Schubert (18th place) and Rita Benker (21st).
This year Benker was able to overcome her “fear obstacle”, the “Jackpot”. Last year it was over here. “When I saw him I thought, OK this year I can pay the bill, make it up to you and it felt good,” she revealed on the RTL microphone.
Len Schoemakers is already safely in the final as the winner of the Endless Ladder to Heaven.
Artur Schreiber, Marco Müller, Eric Zekina, Sladjan Djulabic, Jona Schöne, Janne Markussen, Friedrich Krebs, Max Prinz, Noah Weinberger, Tobias Kahofer, Tobias Weihrather, Justin Chladni, Sophia Schubert and Rita Benker qualified for the semi-finals.

The obstacles in the course
The ninjas first had to do the arrow jump and the bike flight with cargo net. Whoever was able to leave the jackpot behind them was faced with the “split decision”: bracket seesaws or chaos ellipses? We continued over the swing arm with rope labyrinth and the magic cubes.
Finally, the question was: Mega Wall 2.0 or “Curved Mega Wall”?
