Osimhen will be even better

Galatasaray’s Belgian star Dries Mertens spoke after the match in which they beat Fenerbahçe 3-1.

Scoring his first goal against Fenerbahçe, Mertens said, “We used the areas we found well in the first half. Fenerbahçe, who were the opponents, could not press well. We got what we wanted.”

Speaking about new transfer Victor Osimhen, the Belgian star said, “I am very happy that Osimhen has arrived. He will do even better, you will see.”

Mertens concluded his speech with the words, “I didn’t see any negative atmosphere, I always think positively. I’ve been at Galatasaray for two years but I’ve never seen anything negative. There were those who left but this was the positive for them. Kerem Aktürkoğlu left and he’s playing better.”
