Ouigo sells 10,000 tickets at 1 euro between Madrid, Murcia and Elche

Ouigo has announced a special offer of 10,000 tickets at 1 euro to travel between Murcia and Madrid. This promotion will be available from 10:00 a.m. on November 19 and will run until March 31. Tickets can be purchased through the Ouigo application and website, although subscribers to the company’s newsletter will have early access.

This is not the first time that Ouigo has launched an offer of this type. In April, the company already offered 1 euro tickets for the line Madrid-Segovia-Valladolid. Now, the promotion focuses on the journey Murcia-Elche-Madrid and vice versa, with the aim of promoting the use of high-speed trains on this route.

Ouigo, which began operations in Murcia in September, It operates two double-decker trains per day in each direction, with a total capacity of 14,000 seats per week.. The trains leave Madrid at 8:15 and 16:15 hoursarriving in Murcia after approximately two hours and 48 minutes of travel, with stops in Elche and Albacete. On the reverse route, trains leave Murcia at 12:39 and 20:39 times.
