During the meeting in the Parliament, Bölük stated that Türkiye-France relations have a deep-rooted history.
Stating that approximately 800 thousand Turkish citizens live in France, Bölük emphasized that these citizens serve as a bridge in the relations between the two countries.
“WE WANT TO EXPAND OUR COOPERATION IN EVERY FIELD”
Bölük said, “We want to expand our cooperation in every field. The solidarity and coordination we will display with our NATO ally France contributes to regional peace and stability. Parliamentary diplomacy, as an open and sincere communication channel, serves a valuable function in reinforcing friendship.” he said.
Guerend also stated that parliamentary diplomacy is important.
