Ownership housing project worth millions for Toivo Group | Bond

Toivo Group has signed an agreement for a 4.5 million euro owner-occupied housing project, states the company’s press release.

The owner-occupied housing project to be implemented in Helsinki’s Torpparinmäki is a semi-slow development and contains a total of twelve apartments.

“The project will be implemented as a semi-slow project of the city, which means that the prices of the apartments will be regulated in connection with the first sale. After this, the consumer can freely sell the apartment on,” comments the company’s project development manager Petter Ruuskanen in the bulletin.

“The project will be brought to pre-marketing this autumn and the aim is to start construction at the turn of the year”, says Toivo’s business director Urho Myllymäki.
