According to data from the National Medicines Authority (Infarmed), sales continue to increase, registering an increase of 10.7% compared to 2023. The unprecedented demand, especially for weight loss, has created great difficulties for diabetics, who often face waiting lists to access the medication, and even led to a stockout last summer.
