“I wouldn’t change anything in my life or I wouldn’t be here,” Anderson said. “I’ve bounced between shame and blaming myself for so many things or wondering what my life would have been like if I hadn’t lived the things I lived through, even as a child,” she said.

The film marks her return to the big screen since 2017. Her role concerns a glamorous showgirl whose name has been on a Las Vegas poster for over three decades.
“It’s great that this movie doesn’t exploit anything. It has nothing to do with violence or overt sexuality. It is a touching story, for many different ages. And I feel like I’m motivating a lot of women in this space who have gone down a path that’s scary,” she added.
Oscar winner Jamie Lee Curtis and Dave Bautista co-star, while Brenda Song, Kiernan Shipka and Billie Lourd round out the cast.
