Change negotiations are initiated to improve the company’s profitability and to strengthen the company’s long-term competitiveness.
Annual cost savings of approximately three million euros are estimated to be achieved with the planned structural and organizational changes and other cost-saving measures.
If the plans are implemented, they could lead to the termination of the employment of up to 59 people, changes to the terms of the employment or part-time employment.
In addition, due to the current market situation, temporary and indefinite layoffs of personnel may come into question.
The Grano Group employs approximately 780 people.
