Dutch brand Secrid is not well known in the Czech Republic. And it’s a shame. She is exceptional. With their products, their concept and product quality. Their wallets and card cases are second to none.
The Dutch brand Secrid was founded in 1997 by two designers. Thanks to the economic crisis, their successful and large studio got into trouble, so they cut into other waters. For wallets and payment cards. And it must be said that with great success.

The designers therefore decided to tap into the relatively young, inconspicuous, and somewhat neglected fashion industry and started making wallets. And not just any wallets. They assumed that over time, payment cards would be pushed out of the cash scene, so they focused the design and practical side of wallets on payment cards as well.
Less for more
It is clear that we carry less in our pockets today than in the past. Although who knows. Maybe this applies to men, I dare to say it is not so true for women, they are not enough with pockets that have bulges from stored things, but prefer to choose at least a small crossbody bag, fanny pack or backpack, or even something bigger.

But back to the Secrid brand, the designers meant that we carry less and less, but value more. That’s why they capitalized on their design knowledge and came up with a stylish leather wallet with a special aluminum core that protects every payment card from being misused.

Thanks to the aluminum core, the wallet is a safe haven and there is no way to copy the card. Which happened when passing by. In addition, you can even pay by card without even opening your wallet. It has compartments for cards, and of course also a place for banknotes, coins and other small things.
