The type of 3D NAND flash chips of the new product, which can be selected with a capacity of 500 GB and 1, 2 or 4 TB, is also unclear, but since the durability – 160, 320, 640 and 1280 TBW – is significantly lower, the TLC equipped with the Innogrit IG5220 controller s, the presence of QLC is not excluded. The construction with a thin graphene rib on its chips can produce speeds of up to 5000/3000, 6000/5000, or 6200/5200 MB/s in the case of the two models with the largest storage size in sequential read/write, although the 6000 MB/s in Sony’s latest console reading means the ceiling.
