Kiss once made a big fuss about his “End Of The Road” tour and planned the next phase of the band through avatars. As things stand, that next phase could include a one-off performance. Although there are no concrete plans for such a performance, the band’s guitarist, Paul Stanleydoes not exclude that possibility.
In an interview for Daily Times, Stanley said about the potential one-off performance: “Everything is possible. Kiss is far from over, though Kiss as we know it is finished. But it would make sense to keep doing it Kiss– with our ideas and contribution. I’m looking forward to everything that’s coming, even though I don’t know what’s coming. But I’m open to everything.”
i know Kiss has said he’s done touring, but he didn’t specifically mention one-off shows or anything like that. Those semantics can be a real pain. But as I say for all the bands that have played their “last” shows over the years, incl Kiss – don’t mislead the fans if something might not be quite final.
This opinion is not so surprising considering Stanley2023’s take on it all: “Are we going to do more concerts or one-off shows? I really have no idea. But it’s clear that the days of touring and those big concerts are over.” If one day they perform like Pissit will be at least funny.
