Paula Koivuniemi hasn’t been in the public eye much lately. He has been a favorite of Finns for decades, ever since the 1960s. The reasons for Koivuniemi’s long-term popularity have been, in addition to numerous timeless hits, his distinctive, hoarse low alto voice and strong stage charisma.
Paula was sitting on the terrace of a cafe on Helsinki Boulevard with a handkerchief in her hand.
