Pepe Willberg gigging hard even at the age of 77. The product must therefore also be in good condition physically. Therefore Paulina-spouse put Pepe through a lifestyle overhaul a couple of years ago.
The couple enjoys tennis and pole walking, and in addition, attention is paid to eating.
– Exercising is moderate and lifestyles are moderate. Pauliina makes sure that I don’t eat a lot of red meat either. Ham must be put on top of every morning bread, says Pepe Willberg in the Hymy magazine printed in October.
The troubles of aging have stayed away, even though Pepe will turn 80 in a few years.
– There’s not much going on yet. A little in the lower back when sitting in the computer position while lying down. When you sit properly, you don’t feel anywhere.
